ACT: A Community Transformed" is more than a logo for Adventist Youth Ministry; it's our response to God's Great Commission, aiming for universal repentance (2 Peter 3:9, NKJV). Our commitment, "I Will Go," motivates us as leaders to guide and send youth to the frontlines. This plan provides a clear and practical strategy for achieving this worldwide vision.
The General Conference Youth Ministries Department invites young people aged 4 to 30 to spread the Three Angels Messages across churches, cities, campuses, and unreached nations. Supported by GC Administration and several divisions and fields, "Global Youth Day" (GYD) began on 13 March 2013. Its goal is to mobilise Adventist youth globally for service, fulfilling Jesus' gospel commission through selfless acts, as exemplified by the Good Samaritan—encouraging us to "Be the sermon."
Following the annual Week of Prayer, Ambassadors and Young Adults will teach and inspire others, reflecting Total Youth Involvement. As the world church promotes Total Member Involvement, Youth Ministries Department commits to #TYI24, emphasizing its relevance and intentionality. With over 150 million social media impressions from GYD 2017, the youth have actively ministered to those in need, embodying Jesus' spirit. This year promises even greater impact; plan ambitiously and share widely.
