Charlie Kirk Memorial.

What do all of you think about the memorial service yesterday? I never watched a public ceremony before in which virtually all the participants affirmed faith in Jesus Christ, including officials high in the government. It felt like a big revival meeting, uplifting Jesus Christ in prayer, abundant Bible verses, and songs of praise.
I was delighted to see this, but do you all think it might be the beginning of Christian nationalism. And may this usher in the Sunday law eventually?
I know some live in different countries and this is concerning my country, but this country has a great influence upon other countries.
I praise God for their bold faith. I was impressed by Erika Kirk, in her willingness to forgive the young murderer. We need to pray for his salvation, by the way.
I am not knocking the meeting in any way. I thank and praise for it. It is what our country needs.

We can read much from events happening around us. With the hindsight that whatever has happened in the past will happen again in the future - nothing new under the sun, we can let our minds wander in the void and build various propositions. AN event that catches the attention of a national leader is not something to be taken slightly, remember, World War 1 was triggered by the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary by a Serbian nationalist on June 28, 1914. However, remember too that governments are controlled by powerful individuals with evil intentions who can unflinchingly burn an entire country, only to rule over the ashes. I cannot underestimate them.

History also teaches us that political leaders tend to wear a garb of Christianity when their hearts are not truly converted - check the case of Constantine I in his reign as the Roman empire. Not all that confess Christ by their lips belong to Him (Mathew 7:21).

We need much wisdom to discern the movements happening around us. Christ warned us that the movements happening during the last days will be rapid ones. Watch and pray.
