Since 1990, the Seventh-day Adventist Women's Ministries has marked the first Sabbath of March for women to bond spiritually through prayer. This day is celebrated in various ways: prayer breakfasts, fasting, sermons by women, and special programs. A resource manual for planning can be obtained from the Women's Ministries director.
This day enhances empathy and understanding among Adventist women, encouraging them to connect with God and each other. While the focus is prayer, it also strengthens ties with other Christian women.
Some may organise a weekend conference for deeper prayer understanding, exploring topics like scriptural prayers, fasting, God's will, intercession, and teaching prayer to children.
